This 5,000 year old Tibetan recipe promises to cure numerable diseases: the surprising part is it is made up of just two ingredients, garlic and rum! So go ahead make it at home and use to regularly to treat gastric problems, impotence, high blood pressure, boost metabolism, promotes weight loss and cures rheumatism naturally.
- 350 grams of raw garlic
- 200 to 250 milliliters of rum or 95% alcohol (just make sure that contains no benzalkonium chloride or methanol)
- Peel the garlic.
- Chop them up.
- Place in a sterilized glass jar.
- Fill the glass jar with alcohol.
- Allow 10 days to pass.
- Afterwards, strain and place the liquid back into the glass jar.
- Stash in the fridge for a couple of days.

Take the following exact number of drops in 50 ml, milk or water before meal:

Morning (10 drops); Noon (11 drops); Evening (12 drops)

Morning (12 drops); Noon (11 drops); Evening (10 drops)
Morning (9 drops); Noon (8 drops); Evening (7 drops)
Morning (6 drops); Noon (5 drops); Evening (4 drops)
Morning (3 drops); Noon (2 drops); Evening (1 drop)
From the eleventh day on, you should take 25 drops three times a day until you have finished the preparation.
Note: The remedy should not be used more than once in five years.
People with stomach problems or an irritable stomach should be careful.
