Organic fruit and vegetables are in very small quantities in nature and all that in supermarkets is sprayed with pesticides. With some preventive ways, you can reduce the harmful effects of pesticides located on fruit and vegetables.
Over 90 percent of fresh fruits and vegetables in the market, it is contaminated with a dose of pesticides harmful to human health. -If you do not want to wash foods with other than pure water, then soak them overnight – soak fruits and vegetables in water and next morning rinse with lukewarm water. Vegetables and fruits do not wash as soon as you buy it and washed disposed of the fridge or pantry because it will quickly destroy and become toxic.
Lemon, orange, mandarin, watermelon and other fruits and vegetables whose flakes do not eat should also be washed.
