Psoriasis is a long-lasting autoimmune disease characterized by patches of abnormal skin. These skin patches are typically red, itchy, and scaly. They may vary in severity from small and localized to complete body coverage. Injury to the skin can trigger psoriatic skin changes at that spot, which is known as Koebner phenomenon.
If you have the right ingredients and know how to use them your skin problems can go away quickly. This article will tell you what to use, how to use it and when to use it. Our first advice is to bathe two times a week in warm water with soap. Afterwards quickly get a cold shower and dry up softly with a towel. After the bath and the shower your body will be moistened, so it’s the perfect time to treat the affected parts with the some herbal mixtures tea.
MIX OF HERBS FOR THE TREATMENT OF PSORIASIS:
- 10 grams ground pine
- 20 grams fruit sloe
- 30 grams yellow rosemary leaves
- 40 grams comforter leaves
You can also prepare a simple balsam which can be applied after you’ve rinsed the affected areas with the herbal mixture tea. For the balsam you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 10 grams plantain leaves
- 20 grams rosemary leaves and flowers
- 20 grams lavender leaves and flowers
- 20 grams elderberry bark
- 4 tablespoons sweet milk cream
- 4 tablespoons butter from young buttermilk
- 4 dl olive oil, preferably homemade
The preparation is quite simple, just combine all the ingredients in a pot and slowly cook it over low heat until the butter and the cream melt. When they’re melted add in 2dl of St.John wort oil. After you’ve added the oil continue to stir the balsam for another 40 minutes but make sure that the mixture doesn’t boil, because the temperature shouldn’t get over 70 degrees at any point. Filter the hot balm through a fine mesh and into a jar. When the balsam cools off put on the lid and store it away.
Treatment of elderly
In order to prepare the herbal mix tea you’ll need to chop all the herbs finely and mix them together. Add about 20 grams of the chopped herbs to one liter of boiling water, cover it with a lid and put it aside for about five minutes. When the tea cools off strain it and store it in a bottle. After your bath, rinse gently the affected areas with the herbal mixture, dry off and apply the balm.

Add 5 grams of the herbal mix in 2 liters of boiling water and cook it covered for half a minute. Wait for the tea to cool off, strain it and keep it in a dark and cool place. The prepared tea should be consumed 3 times a day before and after meals, but you can also drink it as a substitute for water
